Help and FAQs! Problem Solver
I have difficulties reading discs.
| 1. I can not read a disc anymore? |
Several reasons can cause discs to be unreadable:
- The disc has scratches: try Isobuster to recover as many files as possible. Sometimes it is a good idea to use several ReWriters for recovering.
- The disc has fingerprints on it: clean the disc gently with a soft cloth, moving from the middle to the outside. Never clean in circles.
- The disc was badly written (bad writing quality): Try using Isobuster to recover the data.
Remember to burn a new disc containing the data you just recovered.
